Teaching can be a very isolated job. What would it look like for teachers to be regularly having coaches, other teachers, school leaders and even parents stopping by to encourage and learn from them as well as offer feedback. Schools should be a place where it's not only students who learn but the teachers also. This episode is confronting to the culture of isolation that is plaguing the teaching profession.
